Diana Bell is an accomplished businesswoman, a civic and community leader in the San Francisco Bay Area. She currently serves as a director on a number of boards including the Northern California Girl Scouts, the State of California’s Board of Accountancy, Sutter East Bay Hospitals, and Emily’s List. Until her retirement in 2007, Diana was a Senior Vice President for the Hewlett-Packard Company. In that role, she led the company’s WW Total Customer Experience & Quality functions as well as Corporate Affairs.

During her 32 year tenure at HP, Diana held a number of senior leadership roles in a range of business segments. She joined HP as a Programmer Analyst in 1975.
A native of Baltimore, MD, Diana holds a BS degree in mathematics from Michigan State University, an MBA degree in finance from Clark Atlanta University, and an executive MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
She is an active member of the Imani Community Church in Oakland, CA, the Alameda Contra Costa Chapter of The Links, Inc., and the Hayward-Tri-City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. An adventurous traveler, Diana’s business and personal journeys have taken her to all 7 continents and over 50 countries.
